Everything on this site — prices, charts, screeners, datasets, models, and commentary — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or commodity, and nothing here accounts for your circumstances. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

Data, accuracy & provenance

• We label the provenance of figures (real, estimated, or modeled) and cite sources, but the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data feeds fail, sources revise history, and estimates are estimates.
• Some data originates with third parties (exchanges, public agencies, company disclosures, data providers). Their errors can become our errors; their rights remain theirs.

Using and citing our content

• Citation is welcome. You may quote figures and screenshots from the site with attribution to Yellowcake Analytics and, where practical, a link. The embeddable widgets on /widgets exist for exactly this.
• Bulk redistribution is not granted. CSV downloads and page data are for your own use; republishing our datasets wholesale, reselling them, or providing them as a data feed requires our written permission.
• Automated access that degrades the service (aggressive scraping, abuse of API routes) is not permitted.

Accounts

• A free account (email or Google sign-in) enables features like watchlists, alerts, and daily data downloads. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Free-tier limits (for example, one CSV download per day) are part of the service and may change. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
• How we handle account data is covered by the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellowcake Analytics and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its data, even if advised of the possibility. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sources (filings, announcements, data providers) as citations. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content.

Changes

We'll update this page when the terms change and note the new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
