Which suits which investor?

Constellation (CEG) is the largest nuclear operator in the United States, with nuclear the majority of its owned generation and a pipeline of hyperscaler contracts (Microsoft at Crane, Meta at Clinton), so it is the closest listed proxy for operating nuclear earnings. Vistra (VST) owns Comanche Peak and the former Energy Harbor fleet but remains a gas-heavy merchant generator, so nuclear is a large minority of its capacity and the stock moves with Texas and PJM power prices as much as with nuclear. Investors wanting the purest utility exposure to the nuclear fleet look at CEG; those wanting broader merchant-power leverage with a nuclear sleeve look at VST. Both are regulated-market and power-price stories, not uranium-price stories.
